Summary:
Great picture and sound; best available at the time, but TERRIBLE product support. Product was released with a)short battery life b)no availability of 2nd or replacement battery c)no availability of adaptor for car or plane use and d)no ETA for availability of these items. Repeated emails brought only short, curt responses, with no indication that Toshiba was in any way concerned. After 8 months, they finally produced a replacement battery...still too weak, with an asking price of $200! I will NEVER buy another Toshiba product.

Strengths:
Picture and sound.

Weaknesses:
Size of screen (for the money), lack of controls on the unit (you must carry the remote at all times), short battery life, and Toshiba product support.
